This moist brownies recipe is perfect for a quick and easy dessert. The brownies are rich and chocolaty, and they're sure to please everyone at your next gathering.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream together the granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the melted butter to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely before cutting and serving.
