Brownies 

This moist brownies recipe is perfect for a quick and easy dessert. The brownies are rich and chocolaty, and they're sure to please everyone at your next gathering.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Add the melted butter to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting and serving.

Tips:

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
  • To make the brownies even more decadent, add 1/2 cup of chopped nuts or chocolate chips.
  • Store the brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
