Easy Homemade Kulfi Recipe

Kulfi

Kulfi is a delicious Indian ice cream that is made with full fat milk and condensed milk. It is much more creamier and denser than regular ice cream, and it is perfect for a hot day.

This recipe is for a basic kulfi, but you can easily add your own flavors and toppings. Here are a few ideas:

  • Fruit: Add chopped fruit, such as mango, strawberry, or raspberry.
  • Nuts: Add chopped nuts, such as almonds, cashews, or pistachios.
  • Spices: Add a pinch of cardamom, saffron, or rose water.

To make kulfi, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 2 cups full fat milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Instructions:

  1. In a large saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
  2. Add the condensed milk and sugar, and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  3. Reduce the heat to low, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from the heat, and stir in the cardamom powder.
  5. Pour the kulfi mixture into kulfi molds or ice cube trays.
  6. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
  7. To serve, remove the kulfi from the molds and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes.
  8. Enjoy!

Here are a few tips for making the best kulfi:
