Easy Homemade Flan Recipe

Flan is a classic dessert that is perfect for any occasion. This recipe is easy to follow and produces a delicious, creamy flan that everyone will love.
To make this flan, you will need the following ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (9-inch) pie plate
- Parchment paper
- Water
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- In a blender, combine the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie plate.
- Place a piece of parchment paper over the top of the flan and then place the pie plate in a baking dish.
- Pour enough water into the baking dish to come halfway up the sides of the pie plate.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the flan is set.
- Remove the flan from the oven and let cool completely.
- Once the flan is cool, refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- To serve, run a knife around the edge of the flan to loosen it from the pie plate.
- Invert the flan onto a serving plate and enjoy!
