This easy homemade chocolate pudding recipe is made with just a few simple ingredients and is perfect for a quick and delicious dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, and cornstarch.
  2. Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth.
  3. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
  4. Continue to cook and stir for 1 minute more.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the pudding into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Tips:
