This Carrot Cake Recipe is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. Carrot cake is made with a moist and fluffy carrot cake batter, topped with a creamy cream cheese frosting. It is often decorated with carrots, walnuts, and raisins.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions:
