This Homemade Peach Mango Pie Recipe is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. Homemade Peach Mango pies are made with a flaky pastry crust filled with sweet and juicy mangoes and peaches. They are then baked until golden brown and served warm with a scoop of ice cream.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup ice water
  • 1 cup peeled, sliced mangoes
  • 1 cup peeled, sliced peaches
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, butter, and salt.
  3. Using your fingers, work the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Drizzle in the ice water and stir until the dough just comes together.
  5. Divide the dough in half and roll out each half into a 12-inch circle.
  6. Place one circle of dough in a 9-inch pie plate.
  7. In a small bowl, combine the mangoes, peaches, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
  8. Pour the mango and peach mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  9. Top with the second circle of dough.
  10. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and crimp to seal.
  11. Brush the top of the pie with melted butter.
  12. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  13. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving warm with a scoop of ice cream.
