Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup ice water
- 1 cup peeled, sliced mangoes
- 1 cup peeled, sliced peaches
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, butter, and salt.
- Using your fingers, work the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Drizzle in the ice water and stir until the dough just comes together.
- Divide the dough in half and roll out each half into a 12-inch circle.
