Fluffy Biscuits

These moist and fluffy biscuits are perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make, and they taste delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
