  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Nutella

  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.
  4. Fold in the Nutella.
  5. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  6. Add a small amount of butter or oil to the skillet.
  7. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  8. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  9. To stuff the pancakes, place a dollop of Nutella in the center of each pancake before flipping it.
  10. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the Nutella is melted.
  11. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings, such as whipped cream, fruit, or chocolate syrup.

Tips:

  • For a fluffier pancake, add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.
  • For a richer flavor, use whole milk instead of skim milk.
  • For a fun twist, add different types of chocolate chips to the batter, such as white chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, or dried fruit.
  • Pancakes are best served warm.

Enjoy!
