Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 4 (4-ounce) ramekins
  • Fresh fruit, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine the milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Stir in the yoghurt until smooth.
  5. Divide the mixture evenly among the ramekins.
  6. Cover the ramekins with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  7. To serve, run a knife around the edge of each ramekin to loosen the panna cotta.
