These crepe rolls are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. The crepes are thin and delicate, and the filling can be customized to your liking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, water, eggs, and vegetable oil.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled skillet or crepe pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan for each crepe. Tilt the pan to coat the bottom evenly.
  6. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  7. Repeat steps 5-7 until all of the batter is used.
  8. To assemble the crepe rolls, place a crepe on a flat surface. Top with your desired filling.
  9. Roll up the crepe tightly and cut into pieces.
  10. Serve immediately.

Tips

  • To make sure your crepes are thin and delicate, it is important to not overmix the batter.
