Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.
- Melt the butter and whisk it into the batter.
- Heat a large skillet or crepe pan over medium heat.
