This delicious Rhubarb Crumble recipe is perfect for a springtime dessert. It's easy to make and only requires a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, cold and cut into small pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Toss to coat.
- In a small bowl, combine butter and flour. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Pour rhubarb mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle crumble topping over rhubarb mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and rhubarb is tender.
- Serve warm with ice cream or custard.
Tips:
- You can use frozen rhubarb in this recipe, but be sure to thaw it first.
