- 1 cup hot coffee (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- If desired, add hot coffee to the batter and mix until smooth.
