This easy Cream Puffs recipe is the perfect way to enjoy a light and airy dessert. It's simple to make and can be customized to your liking.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • Your favorite filling, such as whipped cream, custard, or ice cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring water, butter, and salt to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in flour until smooth.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
