Ingredients
6 cups fresh peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced1/2 cup sugar

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.2. In a large bowl, combine the peaches, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Toss to coat.
3. In a medium bowl, combine the butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk until just combined.
4. Pour the peach mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with the biscuit topping.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
6. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Tips
- For a richer flavor, use brown sugar instead of white sugar.
- If you don't have a 9x13 inch baking dish, you can use two 8x8 inch baking dishes.
- To make the cobbler ahead of time, assemble the dish up to the point of baking. Cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. When ready to bake, remove from the refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking.
